Absolutely — we know your dog is part of the family, and we’re happy to service your yard even if your dog is outside.
During your initial onboarding, we will ask whether you have an aggressive or highly protective dog on the property. If you indicate no, your scooper can safely enter and clean the yard even with your dog present.
If you identify your dog as aggressive or protective, your home will be flagged in our system. This ensures your scooper is always aware of the situation and will only enter the yard once you’ve confirmed it’s safely clear.
In all cases — whether you have an aggressive dog or not — you’ll receive a text message when we are on the way. This gives you a quick heads-up before arrival and keeps the process smooth, safe, and convenient for everyone.
