❄️ Winter Service Policy 

We Operate All Winter Long 

Dogs don’t stop going when it snows — and neither do we. Minesweeper continues weekly service throughout the winter unless conditions make the yard unsafe or impossible to service. 

Service Delays & Rescheduling 

During winter weather events (such as heavy snowfall, drifting, or unsafe ice conditions), service may be delayed or postponed. 

• If this occurs, we will return on your next scheduled service day. 

• At that time, we remove all accumulated waste, including anything missed due to prior conditions. 

Frozen Waste on Decks & Porches 

To protect your property: 
If waste is frozen to wooden decks, steps, or porches, we will leave it until temperatures thaw it naturally. Scraping frozen waste off wood can cause damage. 

📌 General Expectation 

Weather Can Affect 100% Pickup 

We strive for a spotless yard on every visit. However, during or after weather events, our 100% pickup guarantee may not apply if waste is hidden or obstructed by: 

• Snow 

• Ice 

• Long grass 

• Heavy leaf coverage 

• Any condition that makes waste not reasonably visible or safely accessible 

Once conditions improve, we remove any previously missed waste during your next service.
